There's no other property in Big Bear quite like this one. Munguia Summit Camp is a modern, spacious retreat with a story — since 2010, this property has served as a high-altitude training camp for world-class professional boxers, including Gennady "GGG" Golovkin, Oscar de la Hoya, Emanuel Steward, and Jaime Munguia.

This property is one of two townhome units on the same lot (Unit A and Unit B). Units can be combined for larger groups — contact us if you need to host up to 20 guests across both homes.
A professional boxing gym operates in the on-site garage. Training sessions run between 4–6 PM daily. Light gym noise may occasionally be heard. We want guests to be fully informed so there are no surprises.

Munguia Summit Camp is perfectly positioned for Big Bear adventures:
- Nearby Snow Summit ski resort — a short distance away, though the terrain is hilly so we recommend driving
- Close to The Village, restaurants, and local shops
- Easy access to hiking trails, lake activities, and mountain recreation
Getting Around:
A car is strongly recommended. While Snow Summit is nearby, the route is hilly and the uphill walk can be tiring — driving takes just a couple of minutes. Parking for 3 cars on-site.

Please note: A private boxing gym operates in the garage. Training sessions occur between 4–6 PM daily. Some light gym noise may be audible during this time.

- Pet Policy: Pets welcome! Up to 2 dogs allowed. One-time pet fee of $75 per dog. Please let us know ahead of time if you're bringing a pet.
- Exterior security cameras are in place for the safety and peace of mind of all guests.
