To begin when walking in it smells like cat and to find out they have two pet cats that live in the hallways and the front desk. So not a good stay for someone with cat allergies. When checking in at 4:00 pm. The room that was provided was not serviced and we walked into a very messy room. I have photos. Also parking is 15.00 per night and not free and listed in the about of their hotel amenities. Many customers were not pleased by their service and it was a pricy stay to not be provided the services customers are paying for and that is a clean, friendly environment.
This is us walking into our room. Unacceptable we expect to receive the services we are paying for whick is a clean and ready room at check in not an hour after check in.
Bed isn't even made and I understand being busy during the holidays but only 1 person to clean isn't enough.
It was an expensive stay to walk into this environment.

It was a decent place to spend a night, and it was conveniently located near restaurants. I made a last-minute reservation through Expedia, and I was able to secure a spot. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. 😊

Room was in good condition. Staff was OK, shower design was funky. The way it was designed, water was flashing out and got toilet paper rolls all wet. Also, no cups were left in our room for coffee in the morning. Good price though.

Room was wonderful. The Front Desk was on it and great. The only issue (if that's what you want to call it) there is two cats roaming beautiful Cats however my husband and I are both allergic so sleeping was peaceful but it was ok. Hotel is pet friendly my thoughts that was only towards dogs. So that was my mistake for thinking that way. However everything else was wonderful.

The room was super clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially Janeth, she answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.

Came here as a super last minute stay for one night on a Saturday night. I honestly only stayed in the room and didn't really venture out to explore the property. That being said the review is on the room and service. Upon waking is it definitely presented minimalistic and neat, cute decor, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The mini fridge was stocked with sodas and counter had snacks for reasonable prices. The bed was super comfortable and I honestly did not want to get out. Staff was friendly and professional and definitely made me feel welcomed. I would gladly come back for another stay.
