Management is cheap and leaves heaters off in the middle of winter so the rooms are freezing when you check in. Heater was broken in the first room so we had to move. No shower curtain. Dirty throw blankets and throw pillows on the bed. Those things are always disgusting and everyone prefers just plain white sheets/blankets. Leave heaters on so the rooms aren’t 40 degrees for people. Avoid this hotel if you want a comfortable stay. Heater was loud and cracking noises all throughout the night. Very poor nights rest. Positive was the bed was very comfortable.

The room was very cold. We asked the front desk for support and they did fix it once but unfortunately the heater was not working properly. The room was clean and staff was kind. We would have loved it if we weren’t freezing all night.

Unfortunately they are understaffed and lack quality service due to not enough staff. The room had a musty/mold smell that hit me upon entering so we had to keep the window open and fan running during winter. I wouldnt stay here again

To begin when walking in it smells like cat and to find out they have two pet cats that live in the hallways and the front desk. So not a good stay for someone with cat allergies. When checking in at 4:00 pm. The room that was provided was not serviced and we walked into a very messy room. I have photos. Also parking is 15.00 per night and not free and listed in the about of their hotel amenities. Many customers were not pleased by their service and it was a pricy stay to not be provided the services customers are paying for and that is a clean, friendly environment.
This is us walking into our room. Unacceptable we expect to receive the services we are paying for whick is a clean and ready room at check in not an hour after check in.
Bed isn't even made and I understand being busy during the holidays but only 1 person to clean isn't enough.
It was an expensive stay to walk into this environment.
