Located within walking distance to Bear Mountain ski resort, the new Skyline trail, and golf course. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the easy access to nearby hiking and mountain biking trails as well as OHV trails for off-road adventures without even leaving the neighborhood. Unwind, recharge, and create lasting memories.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, dining table with seating for 6, highchair, bar seating, beautiful gas/wood burning fireplace, and comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, deck access, and private bath with double sinks, tub, and shower. Second bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed and deck access with no door for privacy, only a curtain. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
