Lors de notre sĂ©jour de 10 jrs fin AoĂ»t 2022, Sylvain nous a fort bien accueilli aprĂšs un tour sommaire du logement (sans inventaire) avec une bouteille de vin blanc offerte et puis nous a remis les clĂ©s de ce logement qu il loue au rdc de son habitation. En effet, il vit au dessus et cela a toute son importance pour la suite de notre commentaire. Une fois nos bagages dĂ©posĂ©s, nous avons commencĂ© Ă  prendre nos marques. Nous nous sommes vite aperçu que le mĂ©nage n'Ă©tait pas super clean, (frigo et congĂ©lateur dĂ©goutant, poubelle des wc pas vidĂ©e, calcaire dans la salle de bain, oreillers et couvertures jaunis, rien de bien mĂ©chant, mais ça mĂ©rite d'ĂȘtre soulignĂ©. Concernant les Ă©quipements, Sylvain a mis du bon matĂ©riel, rien Ă  dire, par contre cela manque cruellement de vaisselle, nous Ă©tions deux et le lave-vaisselle devait tourner tous les jours au risque de faire sa vaisselle Ă  la main, sachant que ce logement est prĂ©vu jusqu'Ă  6 pers. c est un peu dommage quand vous ĂȘtes en vacances. Pas de four Micro ondes, prĂ©voyez des grandes serviettes pour sortir de la douche, pas d'enceinte Bose non plus contrairement au descriptif. En fait, je pense que l'enceinte Bose est chez lui au-dessus, et c'est lĂ  que ça ce complique... Lorsque vous ĂȘtes en dessous et que vous ne dormez pas de la nuit car il fait la fĂȘte jusqu'Ă  5h30, et ce, malgrĂ© deux sms envoyĂ©s dans la nuit du vendredi au samedi, sans rĂ©ponse Ă  ce jour. C'est justement la raison qui m'a poussĂ© a mettre ce commentaire, car ce n est pas dans mes habitudes. J'aurai tellement apprĂ©ciĂ© avoir un Ă©change avec Sylvain, juste des excuses aurait suffit. Nous sommes parti le mardi qui suivait, mĂȘme le jour du dĂ©part, pas de son, pas d image, nous avons du glisser les clĂ©s dans la boite aux lettres, ne sachant pas quoi en faire... Nous sommes vraiment déçu de ce manque de considĂ©ration, vraiment l'impression de n'ĂȘtre qu'une source de revenu.

TrĂšs belles prestations

Nous avons passé une trÚs belle semaine de vacances en famille, la maison est parfaite, les prestations de tres bonne qualité ( literie, electro menager, ameublement, luminosité etc...). L'emplacement est calme et bien exposé, nÎtre hÎte Sylvain a été trÚs attentionné et discret. Nous recommandons pour une semaine de repos familial de balade à pied ou à velo car toutes les routes sont doublées de belles pistes cyclables sécurisées, de visite de l'estuaire de la vilaine et du golf du morbihan qui n'est pas loin.
