No staff in office at time of arrival or checkout, both requiring significant waits. With motels as such, I usually just expect the bare minimum: clean bed, clean toilet, locking door Our room for 3 had 2 pillows total for 2 double beds and. NO BLANKETS. Almost comically bad. Asked for blankets from front desk and were told "we'll look in laundry" 45 mins later, staff has not yet returned and was found at the desk. Told no blankets available. That's a new one. What a night.brr

Will never recommend

This experience was horrible. The ice machine was broken The concrete steps leading to the second floor were so degraded and crumbling apart. Once we got into the bedroom hotel room we saw blankets that were just shredded with holes throughout them. We asked for extra blankets and they said they had none. The only light that worked in the bathroom was the shower light. The wall the beds were up against had light fixtures that did not work and none of the outlets on that side of the room worked. The front window was completely cracked. Me and my daughter were by ourselves so I brought my .45 Colt revolver and slept with it next to my head. The neighborhood was scary. And upon arriving I was told not to worry that all the druggies had been run out of the area. I asked for a discount and they stated that any thing concerning a discount or refund I would need to come to you guys. This was a horrible experience. If you could refund that would be amazing Thank you.

Unbelievably repulsive

STOP. Don't even think about it. Motel 6 needs to audit and remove this location. The check in area is incredibly filthy and run down. At first look at the room, it was missing lighting fixtures, holes in the wall, dirt everywhere, painfully and obviously stained bedding, shoddy (embarrassing) micro-sized pillows, absolutely no toilet paper, no shower curtain, no towels. Disgusting. Immediately went to the front office to refuse the stay and demand refund.

Room was dirty with dog hair everywhere and stains on the bed, non smoking room smelled like smoke. Upon leaving 4 other rooms had boarded up doors and windows from being smashed in. We didn’t stay. Place was disgusting

The staff were all friedly but i would not recommend staying here,it's located in a seedy area and half the windows were boarded up. There were also mysterious stains on the curtains,sheets,matress and walls. Theres a reason the rates are so cheap. Also ypu will have to pay for shampoo and conditioner if you need it.

This place was a terrible place to stay. Room floors were torn up, bathtub was chipped and the bed was like sleeping on a board. The best blankets were worn, stained and light. I had to turn the room heater up to 80 just to be able to sleep without freezing. The window curtain would not close all the way so I lied awake watching people outside my room. Would suggest staying as far away from this place as you can.

My son and family arrived at thr hotel to. E greeted by many homeless people, broken windows, anddirty sheets. The smell of urine in the lobby was overwhelming. They left to drive 3 1/2 hours back ho.e only to turn around and drive back in the morning. i would like a refund or orbitz credit. I have been using Orbutz for years for business and prrsonal travel. This has never happened before

We had to go out and buy our own cleaning supplies to make sure the room got clean. This was the second room we were put in. The first room was dirty and didn't have bedding or towels. The night employee at the desk was wonderful, but there was only so much she could do with no house keepers.

WORSE HOTEL EVER!!!

I stay at this hotel last minute. I normally read reviews but this time I didn’t. I will never make that mistake again. This hotel was the worst hotel EVER!!! Half the rooms look like they are used to make drugs. The room I stayed in was a non smoking room with cigarettes burns on blankets and sheet. Half the tv channels said not available due to weak signal. Was only given one towel. I are better off sleeping in my car. Do not stay here. Pay the extra money and go someplace much nicer.

It was a terrible hotel to the poI nt that we are still trying to get a refund as we did not stay there. There were bigs, all the sheets were stained, toilet paper roll broke and there was none, window waste busted doors were bear up to the point we did not feel like we would be safe here.
