I would have ta say for the most part it was a nice stay. But the night we had checked in we had to wait for over an hour to get checked in because the night sift person quit and didnt tell anyone. But after over an hour wait someone finaly came after other people had to call and get ahold of the general manager to get ahold of a worker.

Not a bad hotel for the price. Room was clean, however no towels or TP in the restroom. Pool was chilly and hot tub was far from “hot”. Probably wouldn’t stay again but it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve been to

Nice hot tub and pool area. Unfortunately, I left my suit hanging to dry in the bathroom [103]. It would have been nice for them to email me and ask if I wanted it sent to me.

Everything was good with this hotel except for the Wi-fi. 3 of us kept trying to get on the Wi-fi but it was extremely slow. They need to update their server. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing.

A solid option for your Billings trip.

My check in did not start out well. I showed up at 2:15 hoping for an early check in but no one was at the front desk but I could hear them in the back office. I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to appear. I was told that rooms would not be ready until 315 - 330 when check in was supposed to be at 3. When I returned at 3:15, the front desk staff had changed. They were very nice and check in went well. The room was great. The Wi-Fi did not work well. I ended up connecting to the hotel next to us, but it would disconnect every 15 minutes. Ended up going to Starbucks across the street to work. I enjoyed the made to order breakfast. The cooks did a great job and the guy working to keep it stocked and cleaned did great also. I also liked the iced tea in the lobby. The pool area was not as clean as I would like. Lots of bugs in the hot tub. Take a minute to find the duck pond behind the hotel. So many ducklings and bunnies in the area. Overall, it was a positive stay.

Loved the pet area and the resident bunnies. The air conditioner wasn't working in our room, #147 so it was kind of a miserable night. Also the toilet/tub area was TINY with a very low toilet. The bed was comfortable and the little suite are was really nice. Breakfast was negligible!

It’s an older but updated hotel. The included breakfast was short order for hot items and cold items and fruit cereal etc were self service. The property does not have an elevator. So if you can’t do stairs try to book an accessible or first floor room.
