1st time to Biloxi

The unit is very nice and clean. The property feels quite secure. The beach is quiet and private. The pool was nice and not very crowded at all. My only complaint is with the property management. The check in process was clear as mud. Like it was terrible. I would highly recommend re-writing the instructions. I would write them for you if you'd like, from the traveler's perspective. It was not clear where the "lock box" was located. I found a gentleman in a hallway who showed me where to find them. It was not clear where to park. The parking passes were supposed to be in the unit and we never had them. I called the after-hours number for help and no one called me back (what's the point of an after hours number). I emailed (it was a Saturday) and no one responded until Monday afternoon. By that time, I had problem-solved my issues by myself. So, high marks for the condo itself. The management needs a lot of improvements.
