Staff was great and the beds were very comfortable which were the key things. The room was dreary and the lamp was flickering so much we couldn't use it. The mirror looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag and the whole hotel smelled as if it were sprayed with a cheap perfume.

Shabby, in disrepair, bloody bandaid on bathroom floor upon arrival which was reported and stayed there two more days until we disposed of it. At 3.5 days when you have to beg for fresh towels and TP something is seriously wrong.

The same day my husband and I checked in we checked out due to room issues. The receptionist was very nice and professional to us and even had us move to a second room. However after the experience with the first and the second room we decided to check out. Our stay at this hotel was not even 30 minutes and we did not request a refund. The rooms were moldy, not good for anyone with medical issues to stay in, and had dead bedbug carcasses. That was the final straw as we were going to just deal with staying in the second room we were moved to. Not after seeing the issues with it. So we checked out and left. Please train your cleaners or hire more people to take care of your hotel rooms to make them safe and clean for everyone especially those with medical issues. If you had someone from a hire up position come and be undercover your hotel could have been shut down. This is why I am saying please take care of the issues that others maybe have not voiced. The only good thing about the hotel was the sweet receptionist lady.

The room was clean. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. They may need a different variety on their breakfast menu. Maybe check the smell of the room. My room smelled like someone who hadnt washed their feet in a while. Other than that i enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

I requested a infant crib and upon arrival i found out that they gave it to another guest. Fortunately they gave me a suite however i had to sleep on the pullout couch so the baby had somewhere to sleep on the main bed and i waa better off sleep on the floor
