We booked a king bed room. The minute we opened the door we smelled mold immediately and it was strong. The ceiling paint was crumbling. The bathroom mirror had mold on it. They switched us to another room and it was much better

This hotel has literal divots in the floor in several spots, terrible AC, smelled bad, and had 0 amenities.

We called ahead for special Instructions and was told we could get a first floor room , when we arrived and checked in nine was available . They did have elevator so that was helpful . The first floor was requested due to husband is and handicap .

The shower curtain rod fell on my husband’s head during his shower. This was a tension rod and was held in place with folded pieces of cardboard . We put it back up as best we could but fell again. Beds were very firm. We rented the suite so we could have the fold out sofa. The grand kids were with us. There were dirty linens on it when we opened it up. I did get clean linens but they would not give me a pillow for the sofa bed.

One of the amenities that it says they have is a hot tub which is not true. They have jacuzzi bath tubs in the suite rooms. One of the rooms had a break in the window that the staff knew about. I had two small children with me. I wish it was more of a concern for the staff. We did get moved rooms which I appreciate. The receptionist was very kind and very easy to talk to!

Buyer’s beware

The bathroom was not clean. Bottom of toilet was dirty. No hot water only warm. Request room service to return for daily cleaning, never came we left the r for 6 hours and go to front desk for clean towels.

Not good at all air conditioner didn’t work well had chips left in room from previous guest Refigerator didn’t work. Horrible then the breakfast was cold and left over room smelled like mold. And to top it off had spiders crawling in the ceiling sadly want be back.

The lobby was very nice, friendly staff. The rooms were not so nice. The furniture was damp and we found a couple roaches. Overall, it was fair for the price. I’ve stayed in much worse.

The outside was very little lighting, inside smell & dirty. Loud ac unit Staff were non English speaking and did not understand us. Inside lighting was dark in the hallways
