I liked that the staff in every area where very nice and always greeted us, what I did not like the room was not very clean, there was hair on the sheets and pillows I don’t know if it belonged to the housekeepers or was it a previous tenants, hair in the shower and on the floor, the toilet seat looked dirty, good thing I took Clorox wipes and just started wiping everything down, the safe in the room was locked we called to have it opened no one came, I feel that as much as I paid to be in a supposedly nice hotel for a vacation I’m disappointed, I will not stay there ever again.

The overall experience was awesome, the only complaint I have is the pool area and the restrooms and changing area around the pool. That really needs to be updated, the women's bathroom there's no air condition in it and the Stalls were like super duper small.

The bathroom could have been cleaned better and had more soap. Our room had an empty bottle of shampoo gel. The room was big and spacious and the bed was big. Me and my wife loved that. The pool area could have been kept up better. In overall it was an amazing experience!

Very difficult to find way to the hotel area. Our non smoking room reeked of smoke. Shower head wasn’t the best & 2 adults in room for 2 nights there was only 3 towels so had to ask for more. Tv didn’t have Ms y channel options. Curtain was broken on one end. No refrigerator in room!
