The mattress was very uncomfortable. I don't know if it was just our room or if the entire hotel was like that. Several outlets in the room did not work and the coffee machine did not work. Also, it was very frustrating thst they will only clean your room if you are there for at least 5 days.

The hotel was ok overall. We had several issues in our room that I brought to the attention of the Front Desk upon check out. A lamp on the nightstand didn’t work, the outlets on the other nightstand didn’t work & the TV remote was in pieces. The bathtub filled with water up to your ankle while showering as the drain was clogged. I told the Front Desk representative & she wrote down the issues but never said sorry, we’ll take care of it, nothing. There was no apology for any inconvenience it may have caused.

The only things that were bad was the plug by the bed was extremely loss I had to go buy extension card. The plug on the lamp doesn’t work at all. It was hair in the shower ugh.

My family and I had a great time..it is a casino and music/noise is to be expected..potentially tough hotel navigation for a first time visit, it’s huge. The inside and nearby amenities are abundant and made everything easy..didn’t even need the car at times..could nitpick about the room but everything was good overall..the scenery from the balcony was well worth it
