The hotel/casino is well kept in public areas. My non smoking room was a different issue. It smelled heavily of weed smoke and cigarettes'. Talked to the front desk and was able to get them to setup an Ozone machine for an hour, they refused to change rooms for us or give any other options. The smoke smell returned the next day, called the front desk to be told there cleaning staff was off and there was nothing that they could do. Went down to the front desk and again got the ozone machine which mitigated the smell. The property as a whole could use a refresh.

The room was dirty floors needed to be cleaned. The shower had hair and shower windows dirty. Makes me wonder if clean sheets were put on the bed?

They don’t have any housekeeping. We stayed for four nights and never did anyone come clean our room. Called down for towels and wash rags the second day and had to call a second time (3-4hrs later) and request them again. Ordered room service the first night we were there and they forgot half our order. The kitchen staff member who brought the food said she would be back with the rest. Let’s just say we didn’t see her the rest of the stay there. 0/10. Horrible experience. Horrible room. Horrible customer service. NEVER will stay here again.

Not a great visit for me but overall the hotel was clean and staff was extremely nice. I had some issues but they responded quickly and professionally. Disappointed that valet is no longer there and that it is difficult to get help via the phone. ( there isn't an option for the front desk or an operator ) Also, the front desk is no longer a place to get much help. They only do check in and check out. It didn't used to be that way. So, if you have questions about your room etc... you have to contact XYZ. Besides that, it was an ok place.
