Room and hallway could be much cleaner, baseboards in hallways need vacuum, paint splatter on floor in 329, Poor housekeeping. First non-smoking room stunk from cigarette smoke, had to insist on moving us to another room, original receptionist said she couldn’t do anything about it!

My wife and I have been coming to hard rock for years. I would say that the condition of the property is steadily declining.. but my bigger issue is that the service has seemed to drop off a lot recently. Our room had recently been painted.But there were paint specs on the floor. The shower door was hard to open and close and the toilet seem to want to run, try to get ice on the sixth floor but no ice.So went to the fifth floor and no ice then went to the fourth floor and got ice. One of the elevators had a dangling light in the ceiling.Though all the elevators we use seem to work fine.

The rooms have not been updated I don’t believe since the casino opened. Everything is worn and scratched. There are no extra outlets to plug things into and no places to charge your phones. Also besides beingvworn, the rugs are dirty, the shower doors are all dirty and fogged, my daughter woke up with bites all over her body, they have a humidifier plugged in the hallway on the hotel floors by the elevators to keep things from getting mildewed, but the rooms smell like mildew as soon as you open the door. When I went to use the bathroom in our room, there was remains of Pooh Pooh in our toilet and old dirty babdaids on the floor. There was also dust all over everything. There is no longer a minibar or snacks or anything in the rooms to purchase! I will not be going back to stay again. The food was horrible at the Hard Rock Cafe, and we did not enjoy ourselves at all. This place needs a huge upgrade!!!!

Room was a little on the small side. Clean but worn carpeting and very dated lowend furnishings. Room wasn't very quiet, could hear people walking down the hallway, conversations in the next room, elevator noise. Casino has the tightest payouts I've ever seen anywhere. I played a little but observed alot. Literally witnessed no payouts the entire 3 days, watched the cashiers area and never saw anyone "cashing out", Played and watched the table games, nobody was winning. Played and observed several video slots and poker machines and they all looked to average 10-15 plays to a token return. I get it, it's "gambling" but even throwing money away for fun there should be enough of a return to keep people interested enough to play. Food was good but a overpriced for average fair. Overall, my next trip to Gulfport area will be to a different hotel.

We enjoyed the room, the view was amazing. They had black out curtains that close with just a button. The staff was friendly everywhere we went. Also you didn't have ever get back in your car the whole stay, because everything was in walking distance. We decided to eat at McElroys next to the casino and we walked there and back. There food is amazing and staff too. We went swimming at the pool but it rained. It was ok cause they have a cover bar and also umbrellas over your chairs so you don't get rained on, considering you're already wet from the water but you know what I mean. Wish we had more days it was definitely a great time . Thanks

In the hallway of the platinum tower on the 10th floor was a horrible smell of cat urine. It was horrible and tough to walk through a section of the hallway . would not recommend.
