Very friendly staff and clean room. So much to do at this resort. Good food and very nice. Just when you go, pay attention to what section of the resort you’re staying in on your key card. Platinum, Royal and etc. Great stay worth it. There is also a one hundred dollars deposit plus stay fee. You will get your deposit back in 3-7 business days after you check out.

The sliding glass door for shower didn’t work the sink stopper was broken sink won’t drain! There is no way to walk in hotel you must wait for an elevator to pool or casino. I typically do not use an elevator but in this hotel you have no choice!! I will NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Hotel is old and out of date!!

Room was great, beautiful view and spacious. We were in the platinum tower. Staff was amazing! Wish there were more options to buy food, snacks and breakfast. Casino was terrible. Love the newer games but nothing paid out not even enough to keep playing

Check in and check out. Also would like a freezer and microwave in room., Got in late. No one at reception bothered to give me directions to elevator. Ended up at elevator for parking garage.
