The IP CASINO was nice however the customer service no so much. The housekeeping staff was subpar had to call for towels three or four times we were told that there was no housekeeping service which I find foolish for a establishment this large I will probably be staying elsewhere on my next visit

It's a nice hotel/casino. Had no issues during my visit. I visited Biloxi to play poker. My understanding was there was a poker room at IP. Indeed there is a poker room. However, the only people in the room were 2 casino employees. Seems to me they need to advertise/publicize the poker room to generate some traffic. Consequently, I went to Beau Rivage to play. They have a nice poker room.

There was no hot water for our stay. When addressed with staff they shrugged and they knew. They then refused to reimburse the remaining 3 nights when we checked out early due to the issues at the hotel. The rooms look nice but the beds are rock hard and lack basic things you find in normal hotels. For a resort you would think you’d be treated better than the motel 6! The staff in multiple locations of the property are either dismissive or down right rude. Even with simple questions about directions or recommendations. They’re even worse if you actually have an issue. If I ever went back to the area this would be the absolute last place I would stay! Please learn from our expensive lesson and avoid at all cost!!

I stayed in one of their renovated rooms and it was great. New carpet, new fixtures, new furniture. The staff seems to have a whole new personality. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The spa was great as usual, except the cold room was out of order, which was disappointing.
