We enjoyed our stay at the Palace casino. From the door greeter to the desk clerks the staff was very pleasant and very helpful. Very, very, clean throughout the premises. The buffet was worth the price. However the only negative is the mattress which was very hard, Overall, I would return for another stay at this location.

The room was very clean and nice size as was the rest of the resort. It's a bit outdated but still nice. Only complaint would be the very small pillows. The checkout person was the only one lacking courtesy.

Had Christmas lunch buffet with my family. Timely seating and table service. Food stations were well stocked and fresh. Staff was very helpful. Love staying here because no smoking.

The room was comfy and spotless. There was a bit of wear and tear, but overall, the hotel looked pretty good. The casino wasn't as packed as some others. The downside? You can hear other rooms' doors slamming, which might be a nuisance at the crack of dawn.

I really enjoyed my stay at Palace Casino Resort. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. I especially loved that the property is smoke-free, which made the experience much more pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
