Two real little love nests of 30m2 with a 160x200 bed and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 induction hobs, a fridge / freezer, a microwave / oven, kettle, toaster, Senseo machine, pots, pans, and complete dishes .. Decoration of taste. Comfortable accommodation in a small building along the waterfront, FULL SOUTH and close to all SHOPS.

Very quiet building, public parking nearby, beach of La Banche 2 minutes walk, restaurants at the foot of the apartment, bakery and crossroads city a few meters. 15 minutes from Saint-Brieuc train station.

Logement propre et conforme à la description. Sa localisation dans les rues commerçantes (bars, restaurants…) le rend très bruyant la nuit. La douche est petite et pas faite pour les grands gabarits. La literie est confortable et le logement correctement équipé.

Bel emplacement en centre ville proche de toutes les commodités, et proche de la mer. La région est riche en découvertes et le studio très bien équipé et propre nous a permis d'avoir un point d'ancrage. Le jeudi matin, le marché juste en bas est super pour l'achat de produits régionaux et frais.
