Property composed of main house and outbuilding, outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Binissalem, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the edge of the forest, 36 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system. Patio, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced) at the house.
