Vermieter nach Mängel sehr Kulant und entgegenkommend
Nach verschmutzten Matrazen ect wurde binnen 12h ausgeholfen. Zwar ist man erst mal geschockt aber es wurde sofort geholfen. Alles an sicht toll. Für Famulien mit kinderwagen oder Rollstuhlfahrer ehr unpassend da ein steiler berg bezwungen werden muss um zur unterkunft zu gelangen. Zum Strand angenehme 10 min fussweg

Hausnummer und Straßenlage waren sehr schwierig auffindbar
Die Zinglinstrasse liegt mit etlichen Seitenarmen in einem Neubaugebiet. Die Hausnummer für unser Domizil fanden wir nach halbstündiger Suche (mit weiteren fremden Leuten unterstützt)

Urlaub in Rügen
Die Ferienwohnung im Haus Stadt Hamburg ist nur über eine Baustelle zugänglich!
Ab 7:00 Uhr morgens Baulärm. Die Zufahrt, der Weg zum Strand, in die Stadt immer über die Baustelle.Die Wohnung und die Anlage ist sehr schön, der Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend. Wenn die Baustelle weg ist, gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft und erholsamer Urlaub
Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und liegt zentrumsnah. Man benötigt keine 5 Minuten und ist an der Flaniermeile. Bis zur Seebrücke sind es ca. 10 Minuten. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Lediglich die Warmwasserversorgung lässt zu wünschen übrig, man konnte entweder nie oder nur wenige Minuten warm duschen. Das ist dringend verbesserungswürdig. Ansonsten An- und Abreise mit Bezahlung usw. alles top. Restaurants etc. auch in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Kurzum wir kommen wieder.
