The 115 square meters large thatched cottage "Binz" is located in the old center of Binz. The fine sandy beach of Binz can be reached in about 15 minutes. On the ground floor is the large living area with comfortable sofa, DVD player, flat screen TV and south-facing terrace. The separate kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with a high-quality kitchenette and a large Estisch. A guest bathroom with shower is also on the ground floor. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms with 1.80 m wide double beds, a small sofa bed and a cot and the bathroom with bath. From the living room you can reach the terrace and the barbecue corner. Their dogs are welcome to vacation with you (on request and for a fee).

Their dogs are welcome to vacation with you (on request and for a fee). Towels and bed linen are not included in the tour price, these can be booked on reservation: Bed linen: 12,00 € per person, towels 6,00 € per person and per change.

Ok space, but bad cleaning, noisy environment, to light bedroms and bad beds.

In overall I would not reccomend this place at this Price. It was old spider nests and dead bugs present, old coffe in the coffe-maker, old piss in beds and general poor cleaning. In addition to that it was very noisy environment from traffic and train with a Window impossible to close. There was also bad or broken curtains causing it difficult to sleep in a too bright environment in the overal bad/omd madrasses or hard sofas. In reality ot was beds only for 4 people. it was a ok kitchen except a broken chair and missing dishwasher soap. Bit exept for the traffic the garden was nice. The size of the rooms was also nice.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit Familie und Hund

Binz ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen und das Haus ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der schönen Promenade Das schöne Haus mit einem gemeinschaftlichen Garten und netten Nachbarn hat unseren Urlaub super ergänzt Die Immobilien Agentur die das Objekt betreut war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Ein toller Familienurlaub

Urlaub mit Kleinkind und Hund

Alles in allem war es sehr gut, Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war bestens. Uns hat das sehr weiche und unserer Meinung nach durchgelegene Bett etwas zu schaffen gemacht. Der Backofen hat nur Ober und Unterhitze. Und ein paar Topflappen haben wir schmerzlich vermisst.

Gut gelegenes Ferienhaus

Für eine Woche Urlaub auf Rügen ist das Ferienhaus völlig ausreichend. Pluspunke sind der große, eingezäune Garten und die Lage. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig und auch die Einrichtung war etwas lieblos. Schneidebretter in der Küche fehlen und Sonnenliegen für den Garten. Die Liegen sollten uns eigentlich am zweiten Tag gebracht werden, dies ist aber leider nicht passiert und auch eine Rückmeldung gab es dazu nicht mehr.

Binzer Reetdachhaus

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus ca. 600m entfernt vom Zentrum mit entsprechenden Einkaufs- und Gastronomieangeboten. Gute fußläufige Anbindung an Wanderwege. Liebhaber von Schmalspurzügen kommen ganz auf Ihre Kosten, da die Rügener Schmalspurbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe durchfährt und sich regelmäßig mit netten Pfeifftönen ankündigt - man gewöhnt sich ... Gut zu wissen ist noch, dass man sich das Grundstück mit zwei weiteren Mietparteien teilt. Bei Erlaubnis der Vermieter, seine Hunde mitzubringen, kann es eventuell Probleme auf dem Gelände geben.
