Arrived from Perth australia was shocked at the cleanliness Of the place no internet whole time we were there reported It 4 times asked for discount due to lack of internet they declined. Also even charged me a fiver for a pot of tea When we paid the bill. We had travelled for hrs had to drag our own cases a long way across two gardens to our room customer service is shocking
