Noise Complaints: Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between the quiet hours of 9 PM and 8 AM. A $150 fee will be charged if a noise complaint is received.
Security Cameras: Any tampering with the outdoor cameras will result in a $150 fee per camera/violation and immediate eviction without a refund.
Guest Contact: Refrain from contacting neighbors or the leasing office. Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of your reservation.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping indoors or on the property. A $250 fine will apply for any violations.
Lobby Refreshments: Guests are welcome to use the building amenities such as the pool and gym; however, please note that lobby refreshments are monitored by building management and are not available for our guests. Taking advantage of these refreshments will result in a $100 fee.
Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Extra guests will incur a $35 fee each.
Minors: All guests under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. This includes the use of any amenities.

Ryan is a very attentive host. Clean and contemporary apartment with a nice little deck. A couple big pluses, the Trimtab Brewery and food truck right across the street and the Red Cat Cafe nearby.

Great BMH apartment
Travelled to Birmingham for a show at Workplay, was literally walking distance and very convenient, as were several cool restaurants a few minute walk away so we parked and didn't need car. Property is very new and modern, apartment is very well appointed for a short stay. The host was very attentive throughout booking and stay.

Great Stay!
The stay was overall wonderful. It was a smooth process from booking to checkout. The host was extremely responsive with messaging! The apartment was clean and stocked with all amenities including a wonderful parking garage. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in birmingham!

A Great Property in Birmingham
In town for a wedding we stayed in this 1 BR unit at a brand new apartment complex. Facilities were great and near everything we needed to access. Layout is great too as I’m an early riser and the bathroom has two access doors so as not to disturb others. Balcony is another plus. Ryan was always a text away to answer any questions. Don’t foresee being in Birmingham again anytime soon but if we were this would definitely be where we’d stay.
