Convenient parking, Friendly and helpful receptionist, lovely en-suite bathroom and comfy bed. Knocked a star off as the room was hot and stuffy which meant I didn’t get the best nights sleep.

Stayed for one night on a business trip. Really grim hotel, the staff member was nice enough though. Didn’t feel safe, felt like a really dodgy hotel, and slow wi-fi too with a dirty shower floor and weird smell. Would not stay again.

A pleasant stay

The welcome I received on arrival was second to none. Genuinely warm and enthusiastic which makes all the difference. The "superior" room was fine but nothing special and decor a little dated but the bed was comfy. The room could certainly do with some aircon or fans as being at the top of the building meant it was incredibly hot.

It was close to the city centre necessitating only a short taxi ride for us. It was walkable but would take about 20 minutes rather than the 10 stated. There were lots of stairs in the property ( we were on the second floor) no lift in the property which was a downside with luggage. Overall very clean and comfortable and would stay again.

Ideal stopover for our needs.

The hotel was ideally placed for an overnight stopover to attend a charity event. It was clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and served to you as opposed to buffet style. The hotel stands on a busy city road but has ample off street secure parking. All in all it was a good and perfect stay for our location requirement.

Hotel is an easy 15 mins walk away from the town centre or bus stops outside. Staff pleasant and very helpful. The room was large and clean but in need of an update. Easy parking in the hotel's car park. Breakfast is reasonably price but finishes very early at 8.30. Good cooked breakfast but other choices are limited.
