Breakfast like you’d expect from a much cheaper hotel and again. Very inattentive staff. Travelled with our 11 month old daughter and the high chairs too filthy to use! Disappointing.

Warm and friendly hotel staff, the room was amazing! The bed super comfortable and the L-shaped sofa to watch tv, was nice too. Breakfast was also great, highly recommend, no disappointments. Obviously the use of the spa was great.

Parking is convenient. Staff in reception and in the Sky bar for dinner were lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only one thing I would raise is that I knew on a Monday the Sky bar did a se t dinner menu for £17.95 for two courses - but when we arrived we were only given the a la carte menu and no mention was made of the option (its Sun and Mon only from 4pm) of the set menu (which has a lot of the a la carte menu options on it and it is much cheaper) so I had to ask - as soon as I did it was offered but if I hadn’t asked I wouldn’t have been have been given the option. Overall though a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.
