Lovely clean accessible room. Only issue was the distance from reception - this is a big place. Ok for me in a wheelchair but problematic for my partner who struggles to walk with a stick. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. I’d have given everything five stars except for the heat!!. I even commented about the excessive heat to the lady at reception and she said we make sure everything’s really warm at this time of year! I responded that I felt like a boiled turkey! And I had a great difficulty sleeping, which is why comfort lost one of its five stars There is no way of opening any windows, so one is totally at the mercy of the air-conditioning system, which is substandard
