Parking was ok, if you have a small vehicle. Very tight for larger SUVs. Near impossible if you have something very large. AC was not working on our floor, but the folks at the HDGH were very responsive when I texted. It was a Saturday and not much could be done. No one is on site that I saw so if you have issues its handled remotely.
