Big spacious clean room. The foyer was decorated beautifully for Christmas and had a warm and cozy feeling. The bar staff were very warm and friendly. I was a woman travelling on my own, meeting girlfriends for a night out, and I felt very safe within the hotel.

Easy for conference & excellent services but internal lifts too slow due to being too busy. Not enough room at breakfast. Overcrowded. 1 Coffee machine not working .i would prefer tradittea/coffee pot with waiting staff to refill. Area is too crowded.

Good location. Nice bar area. Good breakfast. But the heating in the room didn’t work, so it was freezing all night. Also the side lights would stay on unless keeping the finger on the on switch. So overall nice hotel but rubbish disappointing room and won’t return
