The room was fine and the breakfast was ok, although the eggs were dreadful and seemed powdered. However the front desk employees specifically told us to park in the carpark next to the hotel, which has NO CONNECTION to the hotel, and caused us unnecessary delays. Please advise them when someone asks if the Arena Carpark is connected to the hotel that it is NOT.

Long queues for check-in and even longer queues for the bar. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Tried to be environmentally friendly and signalled I would re-use my towels by leaving them on the towel rail but they were replaced anyway - very, very annoying. I was asked for my email address at check-in though they already had it; now I find I'm a member of the IHG club and have had to report their emails as junk. Also very, very annoying.
