Had a good time here! It's right in the center of Birmingham and VERY close to the train station, the Bullring Shopping Center, and more. A very comfortable little apartment.

Three went to Brum - and it was great

Three of us used the apartment during our short stay in Birmingham last week. A slight communication issue was receiving check in information online that differed from details given by the host. This was clarified quite swiftly. We were all pleased with the accommodation. The private parking was an important feature given the busy central Birmingham location. The apartment is well equipped, nice and clean, which is important, and the host has considered guests’ comfort with nice touches such as hairdryer and fan. My teenager was of course overjoyed as there was Wi-Fi. We were happy and very comfortable during the few days we spent in the apartment. No complaints merely a few observations perhaps helpful to others booking. I couldn't work out how to operate ventilation for the bathroom. Sometimes there is a switch but I couldn't seem to find one. There were towels for only 2 guests rather than 3 and no sheets/quilt for the sofa bed which having brought our own did not present a problem for us. Prospective guests should be aware that at present there are significant road closures due to the large scale construction in central Birmingham. This is not the fault of the property owners however people should be aware of this issue otherwise guests will be totally unprepared for the confusion they may face. Although this presented an initial headache, it did not spoil our short break. We had a wonderful time in Birmingham made all the better by staying in this lovely apartment.

Great experience

Best part of the property was the location which is right in the heart of the city centre with the big malls being 5 mins walk. Moreover, it was a nice property and the customer service experience has been great in terms of regular communications and the timely response.

Pretty decent

Very much enjoyed our stay. However, there were quite a few things broken such as the blinds & underneath one of the kitchen chairs and a few other little bits. Plus damp markings on the wall where it needs some paint. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and found everything we needed was very close by and within walking distance of the apartment.

Decent apartment in an excellent location close to new street station. Quiet and safe area of the city, close to shops and attractions. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The administrator was easy to contact on whatsapp throughout the stay. The only issue I had was with the hot water which wasn't working well, but I understand that the property would fix it after my stay.
