Perfect for our 5 day Crufts stay. The distance from the NEC was about 20 to 25 mins Garden was secure. Parking was hit and miss in the evening. The house was clean and the beds were so comfy. The only thing I would say is the stairs are very steep. Looking forward to stopping next year.
