No towels in room, no hand soap in room no, tissues in room. Toilet was not fully fixed to the floor so every time you sat on it shifted. Tv, although worked, had a crack down the middle leaving a lovely line. Absolutely not what you would expect from an Accor branded hotel. Public spaces however were lovely.
