Hotel staff welcoming and accommodating, we had a huge leak in the room which appeared to be coming from the bathroom to under the carpet in the main room. We were given another room and staff were very helpful but when enquiring if there was any chance of any portion of reduction in what we paid as we had the inconvenience of having to move all of our stuff after attending an event - 11pm at night - I was told no!
Clean, comfortable, resonable price and pleasant staff.

We requested a high floor and got out on 5th floor out of 20 floors. Bathroom had a very unpleasant drain smell. Having a shower the water poured out on to bathroom floor as the seal to shower door missing on shower screen. Hotel really did not meet my expectations at all. Would not return.
Room was perfect 14th floor excellent views of the city, hotel lobby smells amazing soon as you walk in.
Staff so polite and help full, held our baggage before check so we didn't have to take it with us around the city.

Great stay whilst visiting a show at the NEC, room was spacious and bed so comfy. Staff could not have been more friendly (but still professional) and so helpful. The breakfast basket room service is a lovely idea and we enjoyed. Just a 5 min walk to the station, will definitely stay here again for future show visits

The room was freezing, the heating didn’t warm up after repeatedly turning it up to 28, there was zero soundproofing, I could hear the traffic clearly even though I was on the 5th floor, also the bathroom was starting to show its age - a bit tatty etc, the shower was very weak. Overall not very happy.
Given a room with no proper heating and broken air conditioning. Restaurant closed and very limited options at the bar. The room itself was noisy and the curtains didn't block out all the light so uncomfortable to sleep.
