The open plan living area features floor to ceiling windows bathing the space in light - there's also access out on to the balcony, that runs the length of the property and is a great place to enjoy a drink on a warm evening. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, with a separate dining area to sit and enjoy the fruits of your labour. The 2 comfortable double bedrooms will be made up with crisp hotel linen and have plenty of space to hang your clothes and store belongings. There are 2 modern and clean bathrooms, an en-suite with a shower and a family bathroom with a bath.
Other amenities include: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
There is also a communal roof terrace that you can access during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the whole apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away.
Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
