The room were clean, spacious, kitchen was well equipped with plates, pans, spoons, cups. The bathrooms were nice. Most importantly the staff were the sweetest. Celia ensured we were well looked after and made our experience 10/10. Definitely recommend you visit.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Parts of it were looking a little tired though and it could do with decorating. Otherwise fine. Breakfast was OK but a little expensive even at the discounted rate. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic for long stays as you have an abundance of basic facilities (fridge, hob, dishwasher, microwave, utensils and more!) and for a 4 person stay I had booked you have a separate living area with a couple of sofa beds. Unexpected but brilliant. Staff amazing and will definitely be staying again when I'm looking for a home away from home, in the heart of lively Birmingham. Oh, and the staff were amazing and very accomodating.
