The front desk staff were rude about our wearing masks saying they couldn’t hear us. We are loud and it had more to do with the two inch thick bulletproof glass in front of them with no room for sound to go through. She was incredibly rude and singled us out. We are on a long trip around the states and cannot afford to get sick. The area did not feel particularly safe however the stay was peaceful enough.
