Third time here and continue to be impressed. Would say the only thing they have never quite got right is the breakfast offer which sits around Travelodge level when everything else convincingly says “stylish boutique hotel”. Still the best hotel in Coventry.

I was very pleased to stay here. Not very far from the railway station and an ideal distance from the cathedral which I had planned to visit. All staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately the levels of cleanliness were not as expected for the top suite with a hot tub. Very Dusty, dried mucus on the wall (yes a large one) and other bodily fluid marks on furniture. In my opinion, not worth the price tag and came away disappointed.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The room had everything a guest would need. We did not eat at the hotel as there are many options close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again if visiting Coventry.
