Disappointing experience - leak in ceiling
Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. The common areas were not well cleaned.
