I booked a double room 5 months in advance for a program at my daughter's college. I arrived at 4:00 pm for check in and was asked if I really needed a double room. They had let someone extend their stay and instead of asking them to move to a king, they refused me a double. By 6:00 I had to leave came back at 9:00 and agreed to the king then it took another 30 mins to check me in. The room was dirty and out of amenities. Room service would not answer the phone evening or morning. Horrible experience.
