Our home is ideally located between the trendy restaurants and bars of Lakeview and the residential charm of Highland Park. Fully furnished, the house features a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a Roku smart TV. For extra sleeping space, there's a sofa bed. Step outside to enjoy a bistro table, chairs, and a BBQ grill. We provide both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, ensuring you know exactly what to expect. We can't wait to welcome you!

You'll enter the house after walking up the stairs to the spacious front porch. Downstairs is a large living room, the dining room with plenty of space for family dinners, a relaxing sunroom, and an eat-in kitchen. The backyard is small but fenced; it has a large deck and sitting area. All four bedrooms are upstairs. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***

Findings after inspecting the place:1) Moldy odor2) Furniture from pictures of the listing is not concordant with the one at the site.3) Loose tiles in the kitchen.4)Several stairs have nails popping out 5) Dirty towels /sheets / walls 6) Dirty carpet/stained 7)WiFi doesn't work.8) Advertised as with parking on site but actually off street9) Front door knob broken. I had to close from inside and exit through the back door *** Discrepancy between Images of the listin and the property. We stayed at a hotel and notified the host the next day to ask for a refund***.

It was a beautiful older house and it came with older houser quirks and peculiarities that one should expect. These were easily overcome and the vibe of the house as well as the neighborhood was very welcoming. Parking was tight on the street but we managed.
