Comprises: ground floor: Living room with TV and WIFI with open fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hobs, large fridge). 1 Shower room, 1 WC, 1 bedroom with bunk beds + 1 mezzanine bed 90 cm. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140cm + 1 bed 160cm + a 140cm sofa bed for one person. Terraced courtyard with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. Ideal for family holidays, excellent location. Accommodation classified 2**. The residence's swimming pool is operational from 15 June until end of September.

Additionally: End of stay cleaning mandatory and to be paid on-site for 100 €.

Great accommodation

Very nice and clean appartement near the wonderful beach. Short footwalk to the Biscarosse Plage village center with daily Market, beautiful restaurants and nice shops. Excellent surf school nearby. We really enjoyed the holidays there and recommend the agency and the accommodation.

Maison très bien équipée

Maison bien équipée : lave vaisselle, lave linge, table à repasser, fer à repasser, épandage à linge, etc … Tous pour passer de bonnes vacances. La piscine se trouve juste derrière la maison. Elle est commune avec d autres maisons. De nombreuses activités très proches, avec de jolies balades.
