Ground floor: Master bedroom, Balinese atmosphere, king size bed, bathroom teak, corner bath, walk-in shower disabled access, separate toilet, dressing room, pool view. Chambre1 db bed, Golf view, chambre2 2X2 bunk beds ideal for children, separate bathroom and toilet. Lovely house, looks better in real life

Lovely house, had everything we could think of. The poolfilter did not work properly so the pool was a bit dirty. This got fixed asap by the owner. Highly recommend staying here for a week+.

Peaceful Family Property

The location is quiet and relaxing, great for families to get together. Plenty of games and the pool to keep everyone happy. Outdoor cooking area is a good compromise since open BBQs became banned in the area. House is a lovely space, well equipped for large groups and lovingly decorated. Lake wasn’t walkable for us - two 70 year olds with us- but the car got us there in 5 mins. Just be aware the electrics tend to trip out when it rains or when you use a particular combination of appliances. There are also no fans.

A wonderful, spacious home, made us feel at ease and comfortable right away when arriving. Etienne is a respectful and kind host, helpful and thereby relaxed when needed. Awesome pool, great garden, nice surroundings. No used kitchenfoods, therefore a very clean impression - but bring your own seasons and oil etc. The coffemaking tools could use an upgrade, but other than that more than everything was provided. A tranquil getaway for one or two families in the gorgeous woods around Biscarrosse. 15 min. drive to the ocean and 5 min to the lovely lake with lots of attractions. No parking problems there. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful house.Kind regards from Jule and all the others!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa d'Etienne qui correspond en tout point à l'annonce. On a aimé tout particulièrement l'ambiance de la maison avec sa piscine et son jardin arboré qui nous ont depaysé. Perfektes Haus für einen Aufenthalt mit Familie

Wir haben die Zeit in Estelles und Etiennes Haus sehr genossen. Die Beiden sind tolle Gastgeber und waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, der See nur wenige Geh-Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Nach Biscarosse Plage fährt man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr geräumig und lassen kaum Wünsche offen. So gab es, neben dem Pool und den Relax-Möglichkeiten, eine Boule-Bahn, einen Tischtennis Platte und die Möglichkeit Darts zu spielen. Auch die Outdoor-Küche hat zu einem tollen Urlaubserlebnis beigetragen. Da meine Eltern und meine Brüder regelmäßig zu Gast und wir entsprechend viele Personen waren, haben wir sie häufig genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Merci à nos hôtes pour ce séjour. Bel accueil et magnifique cadre. La villa est très spacieuse, bien agencée et super bien équipée (table de Ping Ping, jeux pour enfants, ustensile,etc) . Nous étions 2 familles et chacune avaient son intimité. De plus, la piscine étaient top avec ce beau temps. Emplacement idéal pour un séjour avec enfants.Ce fut un séjour très reposant et agréable.

Merveilleux séjour dans un cadre idyllique

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette superbe villa où la décoration et la végétation appellent à la zénitude. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison très spacieuse. Tout est présent pour se reposer et profiter des environs. Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette très belle maison pratique et bien équipée, il y a trois espaces couchages bien séparés chacun équipé de sa salle de bain et toilette. La piscine est top, chauffée comme il faut. La maison est très bien placée dans le lotissement, au calme. Les environs, le lac est juste à coté à pied, la plage de Biscarrosse est accessible en voiture assez rapidement. les propriétaires sont très sympa !!
