On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining area furnished with a dining table and a flat-screen television, with direct access to a partly roofed terrace. Adjacent to the living space, a small room accommodates 1 pull-out bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm. A fully equipped kitchenette and a shower room with WC complete the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, the first bedroom features 3 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and opens onto a private balcony. The second upper-floor bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A bathroom and a separate WC serve the upper floor, bringing the total number of bathrooms across the property to 2.
