Check-in super, Küchenausstattung in Ordnung, mehr aber nicht. Die Wohnung insgesamt abgewohnt, Blenden in der Küche fehlten, Kühlschrankfront war nicht mehr mit der Kühlschranktür verbunden, Duschkopf hat in alle Richtungen gespritzt und musste mit einem Lappen versehen werden, damit das Wasser nicht überall ist. Absoluter Mangel: kein WLAN, weder in der Wohnung noch in der gesamten Anlage. Auch der dazu gekaufte WiFi-Pass hat nicht funktioniert. Lage der Wohnung in der ersten Reihe zum Strand super, allerdings ist der Techno-Club Ozeana auch direkt nebenan, was bis mindestens 05:30 Uhr morgens zu hören ist.Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Für den Preis haben wir mehr erwartet und auch schon deutlich besser erlebt.

Bon accueil de l'équipe de la conciergerie, pas de wifi mais une clim serait bien car on ne peut pas laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit à cause des fêtards de la boîte de nuit qui se situe juste à côté par contre l'appartement est bien et bien placé.

Wifi nicht vorhanden Fernseher funktioniert nichtBalkon nicht nutzbar, da darüber Vögel nisten, die mit ihren Exkrementen alles einsauen.Darunter hinaus ist das eine Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach und hat nur ein winziges Dachfenster, sodass es sich bei Sommersonne sehr aufheizt und man nicht nachts kühle Luft durchziehen lassen kann.Auch die anderen Räume kann man nachts nicht lüften, da alle Fenster und Balkontüren von außen leicht zugänglich sind.Betten und Küchenausstattung sind gut.

Malgre la déception du premier logement (chambre d'enfant aussi petit qu'un cagibi, vu sur le parking, sans parler de l'absence de wifi), la responsable que jai eu au téléphone m'a proposé dans un temps record un nouveau logement. Für 8 Tage ok, für länger eher nicht

Für 8 Tage ist die Wohnung für 4 Personen ok. Für einen längeren Auzfenthalt würde ich diese nicht buchen. Schlafzimmer Eltern hat kein Fenster, nur ein Dachfenster in 3 m Höhe, welches man mit einer Stange öffnen muss. 2 Bettzimmer hat nur ein sehr kleines rundes Kippfenster. Der Blick vom Balkon, geht auf einen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Die Lage des Gebäudes ist super, nur 5 Gehminuten bis zum Strand und zum Ortskern. Ideal für junge Leute und Paare.

Jolie location très bien située

Agréable appartement idéalement situé. Appartement propre (sauf la terrasse à notre arrivée...) Le problème des pigeons, soulevé dans les avis précédents, semble réglé. Rien à signaler de ce côté-là. A part du côté de la piscine où ils sont assez présents et se rafraîchissent dans le pédiluve... Cette location, bien exposée, mériterait un parasol sur la terrasse car en juillet, impossible d'en profiter avant 14h00. Proche de tous les commerces et à peine à 10 mn de la plage. Le garage privé est un gros atout. Nous n'avons pas été gêné par la discothèque à côté car elle était fermée pour cause de COVID-19.

L’appartement est très agréable

L’appartement est très bien, propre et bien entretenu, cependant un gros problème de pigeons sur la terrasse nous oblige à rester à l’intérieur le soir, pour éviter une avalanche dans nos assiettes. La situation géographique est parfaite le centre ville à deux pas et l’océan en face.
