Les chambres a l’étage sont un plus, mais impossible d'ouvrir le puits de lumiĂšre, et dans la chambre des enfant une toute petite ouverture possible.... impossible d’aĂ©rer les chambres correctement pas de renouvellement d'airLa literie est Ă  revoir le sommier du lit double semble cassĂ©, le lit grince et mon mari a dormi penchĂ© pendant 1 semaine, les oreillers ne sont pas de bonne qualitĂ©, trop mous, pour le prix de la location nous sommes en attente de pouvoir bien dormir pendant notre sĂ©jour.Le logement est bien equipĂ© (micro onde, lave vaisselle, nespresso, bouilloire), l'emplacement est ideal;proche de l'ocean et plage surveillĂ©eMenage et linge de lit et toilette inclus dans le prix, sont un plus Attention aux odeurs de fumĂ©es du bar, dĂšs le matin, et toute la journĂ©e

Nice appartement nearby the sea. Perfect for surfing.

Biscarosse is a nice place to be. With many restaurants in the neighbourhood. You can walk, rent a bike nearby for cycling in the dunes. A perfect place for driving to other places like Pyla sur Mer.

Schönes Appartment mit Blick auf die DĂŒnen

Sehr gute Lage. Strand und Restaurants sind in max. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Surfschule ist direkt im GebĂ€ude. Als Bewohner der Residence haben wir einen Rabatt fĂŒr Surfkurs und LeihgebĂŒren erhalten. In der Ferienwohnung war alles fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf vorhanden.

Le calme,les pieds dans l'eau.

Surpris dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e,par la situation de l'appartement Ă  mĂȘme pas 100 m de la mer,qui d'ailleurs est accessible sans se "brĂ»ler les pieds". La rĂ©sidence est calme,de jour comme de nuit,l'appartement est conforme au descriptif,les commerces (boulangerie,Ă©picerie),les restaurants sont Ă  deux pas,et donc pas besoin de voiture (place de parking prĂ©vu) TrĂšs agrĂ©able Ă©galement d'avoir une piscine dans la rĂ©sidence. Vraiment enchantĂ©s de notre sĂ©jour,Ă©videment trop court.Nous retenons ,et nous recommandons cet appartement.

En dehors de la qualitĂ© de l'emplacement de la residence, l'Immeuble est mal isolĂ©, on entend le voisin comme-ci ce dernier Ă©tait dans notre salon. Aucune pression d'eau pour prendre sa douche, et si vous aviez le malheur d'utiliser en mĂȘme temps l'eau de la cuisine, il ne sortait qu'un filet d'eau qui sortait du pommeau de douche avec des dĂ©pĂŽts noirs de moisissures. Sans parler des problĂšmes rĂ©currents de connexion quo saute Ă  chaque fois. J'avais sĂ©journĂ© l'annĂ©e derniĂšre Ă  la mĂȘme pĂ©riode et paradoxalement cela s'Ă©tait plutĂŽt bien passĂ©.

Schöne Wohnung sehr nahe am Meer

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung, es war schon sehr eng, und leider ist der Balkontisch zu klein um auch draussen zu essen, fĂŒr den ApĂ©ro hat es gut geklappt. Ansonsten war die Wohnung gut. Besonders gut war die Tiefgarage.

Schöne Wohnung 3 Minuten zum Strand

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung die wie in der Beschreibung in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage vor einer DĂŒne 3 Gehminuten zum Atlantik liegt. Biscarosse ist ein sehr schöner Surferort der mit seinen kleinen GeschĂ€ften und Restaurants durchaus zum Bummeln und Verweilen einlĂ€dt. Die Vermieterin bzw. Verwalterin hatten uns die An und Abreise leicht gemacht, Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl und sicher gefĂŒhlt. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nĂ€chsten hoffentlich lĂ€ngeren Urlaub. Vielen herzlichen Dank

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung in FußnĂ€he zum Strand

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und und modern eingerichtet, mit dem nötigen Komfort (Mikrowelle, DVD-Player, 2 Fernseher, DVDs, Brettspiele, Hochstuhl etc.). Den Balkon haben wir nicht genutzt, da er uns an PrivatsphĂ€re mangelte. Die Wohnung ist in einem Ferienwohnung-Komplex in der 3. Etage (mit Aufzug) und auf Urlaub am Strand ausgerichtet (es gibt einen Wasserschlauch im Eingang des Wohnkomplex, um den Sand loszuwerden). Es gibt auch einen von uns nicht genutzen Outdoor Pool im Haus. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Gemeinschafts-Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner (allerdings beide gegen Entgeld) sowie einen Raum mit MĂŒlltonnen, der anscheinend tĂ€glich geleert wird. W-Lan ist gegen GebĂŒhr bestellbar. Das Meer ist vom Balkon aus nicht sichtbar, was aber der dortigen Lage in Biscarosse entspricht. Dort sind fast alle HĂ€user hinter der DĂŒne gebaut, dafĂŒr gibt es einen in 5 Minuten Gehweg erreichbaren fantastischen großzĂŒgigen und eben nicht zugebauten Strand (denn die HĂ€user sind ja hinter der DĂŒne versteckt). Der Strand wurde wĂ€hrend unseren Aufenthals streckenweise ĂŒberwachtt. Die restlichen Stellen gehören eher den Surfern. Alle GeschĂ€fte, Restaurants und Wassersport-Basen in FußnĂ€he der Wohnung erreichbar. Wer möchte, kann nach der Ankunft auf sein Auto verzichten. Es gibt aber auch einen, der Wohnung zugehörigen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hauses. Fazit: Wer surfen möchte oder einfach nur die Seele am Strand baumeln lassen möchte, ist hier richtig. Verwalter und Besitzer sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Ich danke diesen fĂŒr die schöne Zeit.
