Room was definitely in neglect as nearly everything was either broken or half broken. There was an additional “resort fee” charged and the check in was virtual so nobody on-site to help us the first night.

I was able to connect to the Wi-Fi, but there was no bandwidth making it useless. The heater was extremely noisy and would go through phases of relative quiet and then sounding like there were pieces of metal flying around in the fan. I was constantly awoken by it. Per night of sleep.

We had to run the heater all night due to no blankets being available. The heater caused our throats to become sore and dry. Basically we did not get any sleep.

I was told that breakfast would be provided, and I assumed it would be a full meal rather than a very limited selection. While that was disappointing, the bigger issue was the parking. When I arrived, there was no available parking, and I was told to park down the street or at a nearby gas station. Since I had already paid for my room, I assumed parking would be included. Later, I was told I could park in the handicapped space, but the next morning the front desk staff informed me I needed to move my car immediately because I could receive a $600–$800 ticket if the police checked. This was never explained to me beforehand. I was then told that parking was something I had to figure out on my own and that it was not their responsibility. Additionally, the hotel requires online check-in where you submit your car plate number and card information, but this process felt like a waste of time since everything had to be done again upon arrival.

The WiFi was horrible! Went in out out, staff said it was because too many people were using at the same time. Also weird check-in with a live person behind the desk and the a computer screen person doing the check-in

We really enjoy staying at this property. It is a great location near downtown Bishop. I’ve stayed here many times and it’s generally very quiet. The management is nice and helpful. The check-in and out process is very easy.
