Comfortable and Convenient Hotel

This hotel was perfect for my last night in Bismarck! The airport was just a short drive away and there were multiple dining and drinking options with a 10-15 minute drive. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They knew I had a very early morning flight and made sure breakfast was available right at 6:00am. The room was quiet and spacious with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time I am in Bismarck.

Room was good except the sink drain was completely clogged. We had to remove the drain stopper which was clogged with hair. Yuck!

When we arrived and checked in, the room that we reserved wasn’t available. They didn’t provide a luggage cart and we had a lot to take in. They placed us in a pet friendly room that smelled like urine. The air conditioning was in effective for removing humidity. Hot, sticky and stinky. The room itself was clean and the property seemed to be well kept.

Good rate, ample breakfast and great staff. Rooms were clean. Cable tv menu was not displaying correctly. Building is dated but noticed that renovations (carpeting on stairs) is being done. Have stayed here previously. Good location.
