The room and hotel are fine overall, but the hotel charged me more than double the rate that I booked here via Expedia. I didn't realize until looking at my credit card bill once I was home. I'm trying to resolve this now. It's super frustrating!

Clean rooms. My room didn't have a fridge but the hotel has a lot of amenities. It is located downtown Bismarck and is walking distance from a few great locations including the Bismarck Events Center.

I’ve stayed at the Bismarck radisson many times. It’s a bit worn in places and the connected parking garage owned the city is one of the worst parking garage designs ever, the my room has always been clean and well kept.

Our arrival and check in was great. we were offered beverages and fresh fruit. The room was nice enough, but there was no microwave, which was very surprising. We were very thankful for the rolling luggage valets. We slept very well as the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Upon checkout the next day, I realized that on Thanksgiving day, the kitchen would be closed, but something more than a granola bar or tiny pastry would have been appreciated. It would not have been difficult to provide containers of yogurt or prepackaged hard boiled eggs. I expected more from a Radisson. Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the city of Bismarck is surprisingly so clean and quaint.
