The breakfast was great. Nice variety. I didn't like that the website stated breakfast started at 6 am and when the staff came out at 6 am, I was told the time was changed to 7 am. It wasn't listed anywhere so I was disappointed the staff just changed the time without announcing it anywhere.

We booked a one-night stay through Expedia and honestly expected more for the price we paid. The hotel itself has potential, but the room really missed the mark. The furniture was noticeably worn down—two of the dining chairs were in such bad shape they looked like they were rescued from the curb. The end tables were badly scuffed, and both TVs felt outdated, like something you'd find in a budget motel, not a Residence Inn. The overall vibe of the room just felt tired and neglected. It wouldn’t take much to bring it back up to par—a simple furniture refresh and a little attention to detail could go a long way. For a property that’s supposed to be in the mid-range tier, this felt below standard. Disappointing experience, and not somewhere I’d rush to return.

Other than breakfast, it was still fantastic. Finding handicapped rooms limited for my husband. The room was very roomy and easy for my husband to drive around in. His mobility scooter is smaller and it was able to get around in our suite. We definitely will be back and this will be our first start in looking for another nite in Bismarck.
