The staff was very welcoming and friendly ! The room was very clean and comfortable . plenty of parking . I can't think of anything negative to say about my stay at the Coyote Motel West . Next time i am going to Black Hawk and need a room , that's where I'm going !!!

Very noisy, you can hear people right outside the door, coughing, moving cars, kids running, dog barking, etc. If that wasn’t enough, the heating/AC unit sounded like it was falling apart. Hard to sleep when it was kicking off and on and making a loud rattling sound. For the age and size of the unit overly priced. Nice size fridge and microwave but no coffee maker, makes no sense. I must say it’s a good location, 5 minutes to Blackhawk.

The sheets has stains. There were dead flies on the floor, in the window, and in the sink. The door was wobbly and wasn't secure so we had to place a chair in front of it. There was no extra tissue or towels so you had to go next door to a store to ask for more. The walls were thin and you could hear everything. When the water lost heat, we had to wait 2 hours for it to heat up again. We won't be staying here again.
