Beautiful home, great location

This is a townhouse in an upscale neighborhood of lovely custom homes. Very quiet and safe. A nice place to take a walk if you don't mind lots of hills. The location is just outside of the town of Black Mountain, an easy 3 minute drive into town, and just a short drive to Asheville too. Grocery store and Walgreens were only a few blocks away. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean, beds were comfy, and there was plently of hot water. The kitchen had basic supplies and all of the appliances were newer and in good condition. Loved the game room/reading room on the second floor, and the porches on each floor. There are separate thermostats for each floor, which was great since the weather was really hot, and the A/C was working well. The parking was on the street and we couldn't always get a spot in front of the home, but it wasn't a major inconvenience unless it was raining. I would stay here again if I was visiting the area.

Great Stay!

Black Mountain is beautiful. The small downtown area had lots of shops. The location of the home is in Cheshire Village which had a store and restaurants. We were within an hour of popular things to see. House was cute and very clean. Grey Beard did a great job with answering phone calls for concerns/questions.

Week escape to Black Mountain

Wonderful property in a beautiful planned neighborhood. Easy walking paths close to stores and town Already booking a return visit.
