Experience charming downtown Black Mountain, a three minute drive, with award winning restaurants, breweries, and art galleries. In close proximity to the surrounding mountains, including walking, hiking (10 min drive to Montreat), biking trails, lakes, and the local golf course.
Minutes from downtown Asheville, home to over 30 world renowned breweries (Funkatorium, High Wire, Burial to name a few) and wonderful eateries (Curate, Grove Park Inn, White Duck Tacos, 12 Bones BBQ).

Upstairs includes three bedrooms, Two of the rooms have queen sized beds and the third bedroom has a Double bed. These bedrooms are equipped with bedding, bedside lamps and bedside tables. There is a half bath downstairs and two full bathrooms upstairs.
In unit laundry is available with a washer and dryer (including detergent and the laundry essentials).
