Our heating wasnt working in room called reception 4 times to be told a heater was coming newr came we where frozen all night. Restaurant chicken on curry was not properly cooked all other meals fine.

Staying for a family trip for my sons birthday trip it might have been nice to have been told that Christmas parties were happening in the venue until midnight. This might have made us reconsider staying elsewhere but at least we might have got some sleep. Whilst midnight is not the latest time to have music on its then everybody going to bed, banging doors, shouting in the corridors for a good hour after. Not a lot of sleep had that evening.

I love this hotel however did have a minor issue around late checkout on this occasion witch wasn't delt with in a good manner. However lula who checked me in was awesome and a great front of house for the hotel.. if i can ask 1 thing. Please stop with the awful ineptitude response of.. "thanks for review ill pass on" no one likes it.. we spending hard earned money to stay with you. Much live good night

The breakfast was good. Although the bacon was a little dried up. It would be nice if you could pay in cash at the bar . We were not impressed with the lights on the pitch being on all night . And why cant you watch the football from your room. Doest make sense having windows looking onto the pitch.

Clean hotel and located just a short walk from the golden mile. Our room had a window that couldn't lock so reported but couldn't be repaired that day (these things happen). Overall I enjoyed the stay and would stay again.
