    I had a lovely stay. Leigh and Sue were great hosts. Took a genuine interest in guests. Room was great, comfortable bed and soft bedding. All areas were clean. I would definitely rebook if staying in the area. I would recommend.

    A lovely property! Leigh and Sue are wonderful hosts, so kind and helpful. Me and my son had a fantastic stay, the room was comfy and clean and location of the property is excellent, just a 2min walk to the beach with Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach also less than 10 mins walk.     Great dad n lad stay

    The most friendly of welcomes. Perfect location for south shore activities, max ten minute walk to the pleasure beach and five to pier or sandcastle. Such an informative hosts, really homely feel and the room was really spacious. Would return for certain. Bonus of parking off road

    Got a nice friendly welcome from the hosts on arrival, managed to get a parking spot in the street right outside the hotel as it seemed very limited for spaces. Nice single room with en suite , the hot water in the shower took about a munute to heat up. Room was very clean with a comfortable single bed. Breakfast was ok but there was no fruit or yoghurt available. I was told the sausages took 40 minutes to cook and as i hadn't said the night before i wanted two i had to settle for one on the first morning! It was very nice when it arrived though! Location is a couple of minutes walk to South pier tram stop and there is a Wetherspoons around the corner. All the rooms are themed on sights in Blackpool and i had the Stanley Park room. Overall excellent, quiet and nice small hotel which i would recommend.

    The location of the b&b was perfect for not only accessing Pleasure Beach and sandcastle, but equally the attractions near the tower due to the tram stop at end of street. Leigh & Sue were great hosts we felt very welcomed.

    My daughter and i spent 3 nights here in July 2023, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts are very friendly and informative. We had breakfast every morning which was very tasty and there was plenty of choice of cereals and cooked food. The hotel is perfectly situated on the street almost directly across from the south pier so, excellently located for pleasure beach, sancastle, and also tram stop for the rest of the attractions that Blackpool has to offer.

    Great stay.

    Really great stay. The premises is ideal for the pleasure beach and five minutes from the nearest tram stop. Clean comfortable with a great shower. Breakfast was great too. Would definitely recommend for a Blackpool stay.

    Fab Stay

    We stayed here with our friend for a long weekend. Sue immediately greeted us and advised we could park on the road outside free of charge. Leigh then introduced himself and informed us of local amenities, restaurants etc. The room was a good size and the beds very comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and on the last day Leigh & Sue gave us an extra few sausages to give to our dog seeing as we'd left him in kennels. The hotel is in a fabulous location with a tram stop literally at the end of the road. A corner shop the other end and various pubs, restaurants nearby. We normally stay in the North area but will definitely stay here again. Thanks guys.

    Would 100% return.

    Arrived early and was able to check in before 14.30pm which was great, hosts were friendly and very knowledgeable about Blackpool, best places to go, where the trams can take you etc. Room was big enough for us and bathroom was a decent size, very clean and tidy, bed was a little solid for my liking but was comfortable. The Road especially on a night was quiet, not much noise or foot traffic. Our room had a little sea view which was an added bonus. We also had a key for the hotel so we could get in and out whatever the time. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would 100% return. Thank you for a lovely stay !
