Room was spotless, a bit dated but all great. You get your table in the dining room which is yours for the duration and also your table in the cabaret bar which i thought was fab especially when there are six of you All staff were lovely and accomodating, breakfast and dinner was lovely along with the entertainment which was amazing, great weekend will definitely be back

The room i had. the gap between toilet and bath was inadequate .tv to small for room.. and from 6.15 in the morning you heard a buzzer from staff entry getting access into building .... but bed was comfy and clean and food was amaxing

Reception staff friendly and helpful, clean comfortable room, side room view with kitchen fans outside which switched off at 9pm. Half board included in our stay. Evening meal was excellent, self serve starters and desserts, main meal selection of 4 items, was very speedy on delivery, no waiting at all. Breakfast was buffett style, also great choices.

Great location. Right on the sea front and close to the South Pier/Pleasure Beach. Friendly service from all staff. Breakfast was great. Rooms need a bit of updating but this was a great hotel overall.

Nice hotel if a little tired

Great sea view from the room, which was comfortable but a bit small. The whole hotel is a bit dated and worn. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The food was good, decent choice at buffet style breakfast. Evening meal had plenty of choice for starter and desert from the buffet, main course served to the table. Free parking very convenient. The price per night was a bit expensive for a 3 star hotel

First time at this hotel but wont be the last We needed accessibility with parking , room location, dining as a result of my Husbands mobility issues. The staff were fantastic and though a bit of planning on their part all our needs were covered. We were HB and the food was wonderful plenty of options and well cooked . Buffet for Breakfast and Starters and desserts for evening and main meal table service Evening entertainment great. The staff at this hotel are the diamond in the crown and i hope they are appreciated as definitely this venues greatest asset. Thank you
