I called a month before booking asked about the hot tub (confirming they offered one, and operational) they said it was currently down and waiting for parts but would be up by the time my stay came along. Upon checking in they informed me the parts came and was working until day prior but should be up and going the following day. The next day went to the pool and they had several signs up(with graffiti) so have been up awhile that the hot tub wasn't working . The water inside it was absolutely disgusting and obvious that it hasn't ran in a long time. The pool was in rough shape and chose not to use it. The hotel itself is outdated and needing several repairs. Beds were thin mattress and hard. The best thing about the stay was the large TV that made watching it from either beds great. Overall disappointed

Property is poorly maintained, and the mattresses are inconsistent. Some of our crew had good sleep and others (we booked five rooms) found the mattresses to be in poor condition. An outside door did not work, and my team members had to walk around the building to get inside. One of the rooms did not have a shower curtain. This property is in need of an intense refurbishment.
